Culture Of Sweden
People at Sweden are aware of their life style. They they don't like to be showy, they love to share and live in moderation. Most families are small. Most Sweden families have homes that spacious, bright, and are good for winter, because are warm. Sweden has a lot of forest, so Sweden houses has a lot of wood products.
Sweden is famous for the popular Smorgasbord, it is a large buffet filled with fish, meat, cheeses, salads, omelets,stuffed cabbage and sweets. Soups are popular too. Sweden has a lot of lakes and coast, so fish is an important an important part of the Sweden diet, but fish has become expensive, because of pollution and fishing.There are a lot of ways that Swede people eat fish. Some ways are smocked or fresh. Hm...
In some special occasions Sweden people were the national costume. The men's national costume consists of embroidered waistcoats, breeches and felt hats, and the woman's costume consists of a flared skirt, brightly colored apron, a waistcoat and bonnets. The cloths are sometimes embroidered with floral designs.
Education is really important too. In Sweden toddlers go to school at age of 6 or 7. The government provides free books, and sometimes free food. In the schools the students can learn how to do embroidery, woodcarving, lace making, candle making and blacksmithing. Home schooling is not common in Sweden.
